At Candy Cupboard, we want every treat to be a delight; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods that have been opened or consumed.

Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our central warehouse using your preferred carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
